The service

Reflexxo offers voice conversations with AI characters ("mediums") for self-reflection and entertainment. The mediums are artificial intelligence. They have no supernatural abilities, do not predict the future and do not contact anyone. What they say is generated from what you share in the conversation.

Reflexxo is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice, and must not be relied on as such.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.

Readings and payments

Your first free glimpse lasts up to 2 minutes and is available once per device. Paid readings last 10 minutes each and are purchased in one-time packages. There is no subscription and purchased readings do not expire.

A reading starts when you begin it and runs for 10 minutes of real time. If you leave early, you can return within those 10 minutes to continue.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain. If a reading fails for technical reasons, contact support@reflexxo.com and we will restore it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Reflexxo to harass others, to attempt to extract or abuse the underlying systems, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.

Safety

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, stop using the service and contact local emergency services. In the US call or text 988; elsewhere see findahelpline.com.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflexxo is not liable for decisions you make based on conversations with the mediums, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
