What we collect
Your email address when you sign in; your voice during readings, which is streamed to our AI provider to generate replies; text transcripts of readings; a short private summary per medium so they can remember you; purchase records; a device identifier, IP address and the advertising click identifier you arrived with.
How we use it
To run readings, remember context between your readings, process payments, prevent abuse of free readings, measure which ads bring visitors, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your conversations for advertising.
Processors
OpenAI (speech and language models), our card payment processor, and our hosting provider in the United States. Audio is not stored by us; transcripts and summaries are stored in our database.
Retention and your rights
Transcripts are kept for up to 12 months, summaries until you delete your account. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by writing to support@reflexxo.com from your account email.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and to recognise your device, and a cookie that remembers which advertisement brought you, for up to 30 days.
